1. Service

xClipper provides AI-powered clip generation from X (Twitter) Spaces. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

2. Plans & Pricing

We offer multiple plans:

  • Monthly — $19/month, unlimited clips (card)
  • Lifetime — $79 one-time, unlimited clips forever (card or crypto)
  • Per Clip — $1/clip, pay as you go (crypto only)

Prices are in USD. Crypto payments are in USDC on the Solana blockchain.

3. Payments

We accept two payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card — processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions (Starter, Pro) renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
  • Crypto (USDC) — processed on the Solana blockchain via x402. All crypto payments are one-time. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, crypto sales are final.

Card subscription refunds follow Stripe’s standard process. For crypto, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You may only submit X Space URLs that you have the right to clip. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or any illegal purpose.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of clips generated from your Spaces. We do not claim any rights to your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

xClipper is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue or data.
